Guidelines for a Memorable Visit “Rules”

Experience the Magic of Waterfall Portraits Photography

Welcome to Waterfall Portraits: Guidelines for a Memorable Visit “Rules”

We're delighted to host you at Waterfall Portraits, a picturesque haven where nature's allure meets the art of photography. To ensure a harmonious, safe, and environmentally conscious experience for all, we kindly ask you to follow these essential guidelines:

1. Appointment-Only Visits

Scheduling is Key: Access to Waterfall Portraits is strictly by appointment to ensure personal attention and privacy for each session. Please book in advance and respect your allotted time.

2. Embrace and Preserve Nature's Beauty

Leave No Trace: Cherish and maintain the natural beauty of the environment. Take nothing but photos and leave nothing but footprints.

Waste-Free Zone: Bring any waste you might have back with you. Our goal is to keep the area pristine for all creatures and future visitors.

3. Usage Restrictions and Environmental Care

Celebrations Without Confetti: Avoid confetti, glitter, or similar pollutants. Let's keep the landscape as untouched and authentic as possible.

Eco-Friendly Florals: Choose decorations wisely. Ensure any plants or flowers brought onto the property are free of invasive seeds or species to protect our ecosystem.

Strict No Open Flame Policy: Given the high fire risk in California's forests, all open flames are restricted to ensure everyone's safety. The only exception is candlelight photos IN the creek, with additional supervision and restrictions.

Avoid Smoke Bombs: Preserve air quality and visual clarity by refraining from smoke bombs or other air pollutants.

Mindful Sound Levels: Keep the serenity of the forest intact. Maintain a low volume for any music or sounds during your visit.

Firearm Guidelines: Firearms are strictly controlled. Unloaded weapons for photography must be pre-approved and adhere to all safety measures. Alec Baldwin is officially banned from our property.

4. Respectful Coexistence with Wildlife and Pets

Pet Etiquette: Pets are welcome but must be well-behaved and under strict supervision to ensure they harmonize with the wildlife and surroundings.

Wildlife Appreciation: Admire wildlife from a respectful distance. Do not disturb or attempt to interact with the animals.

5. Creating Joyful Memories

Celebrate Creativity: Enjoy the beauty and unique offerings of the property. Let the surroundings inspire your photography and experience.

Community Respect: Share the space thoughtfully with other guests and the environment. Your cooperation helps maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

6. Guest Photographers

Permission: Call ahead to request permission!  Visit our page with more details for guest photographers.

By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to the sustainable enjoyment and preservation of our cherished natural space. Waterfall Portraits is committed to providing an exceptional and safe experience for all guests. Your respect and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we continue to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for photographers, couples, families, and all visitors.

Thank you for choosing Waterfall Portraits for your photography and celebration needs. We look forward to making your visit unforgettable!
